How much does a renovation in Prague cost?

It depends on the size, scope and materials — that's why we don't post a pricelist. We call back with a real number, usually within four working hours. As a rough orientation, full apartment renovations start around 12 000 CZK / m².

Is the fixed price actually fixed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The number on the quote is the number on the final invoice. If you ask for extra work mid-job, you get a written change order with its own price and date — never a "well, that came up" line on the invoice.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

The handover date sits in the contract with a penalty clause for late delivery — we pay if we miss it. Long-lead materials are scheduled into the timeline before you sign, not introduced as surprises later.

What does the 24-month warranty cover?

All work we performed and materials we sourced. For branded appliances we pass through the manufacturer's warranty if it's longer. Hidden structural defects are covered by Czech building law (§2629 NOZ) for five years. Warranty visits are scheduled on site, usually within five working days.

How fast can you start?

Typically two to four weeks from contract signing. Capacity moves with the season — get in touch and we'll give you a real start date, not a marketing range.
