Brief
43 m² 1+1 apartment (separate kitchen, separate room, loggia, bathroom with WC, and a small entrance hall). The goal was a complete renovation of the whole apartment.
Scope
- Demolition works and construction waste removal
- New electrical distribution including a new apartment switchboard
- New plumbing, drainage and heating distribution
- Floor leveling, new floor layers and final flooring installation
- Wall leveling, plaster and skim coat, complete painting
- Tile installation with large-format bathroom tiles
- Bespoke kitchen with full utility integration
- New interior doors and finishing works
